摘要
基于某微型电动汽车试验平台,对以铝-空气金属燃料电池为辅助动力源的一款电-电增程式电动原型车的电池系统进行设计。首先对铝-空气金属燃料电池单体与集成电解液存储箱进行结构优化设计,然后对铝-空气金属燃料电池系统及整车相关性能进行试验。结果表明,本文研制的铝-空气金属燃料电池系统及整车性能达到了设计要求。
Based on an existing vehicle chassis,this paper designs a cell system of an extended-range electric vehicle,with aluminum-air fuel cell as auxiliary power.In this paper,the aluminum-air fuel cell system and electrolytic tank system were optimized.The tests of the cell's system and some performance tests of the vehicle were carried out.The results indicate that the design goal of the vehicle’s performance,with this aluminum-air fuel cell system,can be reached.
