摘要
我国社会工作人才队伍建设和发展的现实问题,迫切需要理论界和实务界从组织管理层面去寻找纾困之道,所以本研究假设和验证社会工作组织主管的赋权领导是社会工作者心理资本的影响源泉。验证假设的研究工作邀请16家社会工作机构110名社会工作者参加,回收104份问卷,其中92份有效。调查数据多重回归分析结果显示赋权领导对心理资本的因果关系具有统计学意义,研究结果支持研究假设。研究发现在丰富相关理论的同时,也从微观层面为社会工作组织及有关行政部门有效解决社会工作专业化、职业化进程中困境提供了重要参考。
It is the human resource dilemma of social worker in China,which urgently required theory and practice to explore the solution from organization management prospective.Thus,we hypothesized and tested that empowering leadership employed by social work organization supervisor was the influencing factor of social worker'psychological capital,16 social work organizations and 110 social workers were invited to participate in our research,among 104 collecting questionnaires,92 are valid.The results of stepwise regression on the survey data demonstrated the causality relationship between empowering leadership and psychological capital,which was statistical significant,therefore,the hypothesis was supported.The finding may enrich the relevant theory and provide a valuable reference for solving professional dilemma of social work in current China at micro level.
