摘要
提高地市级医院应急管理水平,树立应急管理理念,夯实应急管理基础,建立应急管理机制,做好突发公共事件的预防和处置工作显得尤为重要和紧迫。本文以湖北省孝感市中心医院为例,分析地市级医院应急管理工作现状,发现应急工作中存在的问题,提出改进医院应急工作的有效措施。
It is very important and urgent to improve the emergency management level of municipal hospitals,establish the concept of emergency management,consolidate the foundation of emergency management,establish emergency management mechanism,and do a good job in the prevention and disposal of sudden public events.Taking the central hospital of Xiaogan in Hubei province as an example,this paper analyzed the present situation of emergency management in municipal hospitals,found out the existing problems in emergency work,and put forward some effective countermeasures to improve hospital emergency work.
