摘要
针对济宁二号煤矿深部开采不均衡生产长距离通风困难问题,采用全矿井通风现状调查、通风网络技术模拟、井下工业性试验等综合研究方法,找出了制约矿井通风系统供风的关键影响因素,提出井下安设辅助通风机与地面主要通风机联合运行的技术和方法,开展了井下辅助风机硐室布置位置研究,实施了联合运行矿井通风系统调整与优化,保证了单翼长距离系统矿井生产的通风需求,实现矿井安全高效生产,社会经济效益显著。
Based on the ventilation problem for long distance during deep mining in the no.2 coal mine of Jining,the methods have been used including full complete investigation of the mine ventilation's current situation,technology of ventilation network simulation and the underground industrial test.The key influencing factors on the restriction mine ventilation system have been found adn this paper has,put forward underground auxiliary fan technology and methods of the main ventilator joint operation with the ground.And the optimal placement of the auxiliary fan cavern layout has been carried out based on ventilation requirements.It ensures the production implement of coal mine safety production,and efficient social and economic benefit is remarkable.
