摘要 目的研究重庆地区洪灾后呼吸系统疾病谱及变化规律。方法采用自行设计的"灾民呼吸道疾病调查表"赴灾区各医疗网点调查就诊患者的基本信息,建立疾病谱并进行统计分析。结果 776例呼吸系统疾病患者中男性患者436例,女性340例,男女性别比为1.32∶1;年龄为7个月~93岁,>60岁老年组患者共382例(49.9%),15~60岁患者共328例(42.8%),0~14岁患者共66例(8.6%)。洪灾后常见呼吸道疾病发生前5位依次是:急性上呼吸道感染、肺炎、急性气管支气管炎、慢性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)。疾病谱总体变化趋势:洪灾后1~5周,呼吸系统疾病发病率总体呈先上升后下降趋势,第2周开始迅速上升,第3周达到高峰,第4周缓慢下降,第5周降至最低点。结论洪灾后1~5周呼吸系统疾病发病率呈上升趋势,以感染性疾病为主。 Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the respiratory disease spectrum and its variation trend in Chongqing after flooding. Methods A self-designed Respiratory Diseases Questionnaire for Disaster Victims was used to investigate the basic information of patients in disaster areas, and disease spectrum was established and analyzed. Results Of 776 patients with respiratory diseases, 436 were male and 340 were female, the male-female ratio was 1.32:1;the age ranged from 7 months to 93 years;382 (49.9%) were older than 60 years, 328 (42.8%) were 15 to 60 years old and 66 (8.6%) were 0 to 14 years old. The top five common respiratory diseases after flooding were acute upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, acute tracheobronchitis, chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). The overall trend of disease spectrum: the incidence of respiratory diseases increased first and then decreased. It began to rise rapidly in the second week, reached its peak in the third week, slowly declined in the fourth week and reached its lowest point in the fifth week. Conclusions The incidence of respiratory diseases, mainly infectious diseases, increases from week 1 to week 5 after flooding.
