摘要
构建了多轨圆膛形电磁轨道炮结构的二维有限元模型,对身管模型进行了结构-电磁场以及结构-电磁-温度场的有限元分析。分析结果表明,多轨圆膛形电磁炮导轨部分所受电磁斥力与产生的位移集中在导轨两端;导轨所受等效应力与温度分布主要集中在导轨中央内侧。绝缘材料的位移受钢套预压力影响,所受等效应力与温度分布集中在与导轨相接触的位置。在多轨电磁轨道炮的设计中,因温度集中产生的影响不可忽视。
We built the two-dimension finite model based on the structure of multi-rail round electromagnetic railgun, and analyzed the model of tube under the composed multi-field including structure, electromagnetic and temperature field. The result shows that the repelling electromagnetic force affecting on the rail and the displacement of rail concentrate on the two sides of the rail;the von Mises stress and the temperature of the rail concentrate on the middle of the rail close to the axis of the model. The displacement of the insulation material was influenced by the prestress;the von Mises stress and the temperature of the insulation material concentrate on the part connected to the rail. The influence of temperature’s concentration should be highly considered in the multi-rail railgun designing.
