摘要
目的探讨健康体检妇女子宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况,以便为临床诊治提供依据。方法我院2015年1月—2017年12月检出子宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染80例作为研究对象,回顾性分析不同年龄段HPV分布情况、不同分型HPV阳性率情况,以及不同年龄段HPV感染分型情况。结果从年龄段HPV感染检出率来看,80例患者中25~34岁最多,其次为35~44岁、> 44岁、<25岁,且25~34岁检出率明显高于<25岁(P <0.05);从HPV感染分型阳性率结果分析来看,HR型有48例(以HR16、33、52、58型为主)、LR型有22例(以LR6、11、42型为主);其他10例;从不同年龄段HPV感染分型检出结果来看,不同年龄段检出分型结果差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论健康体检妇女子宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染较多,且年龄25~34岁中检出率较高,常见类型为高危型HPV-16、33、52、58型。
Objective To investigate the infection of human papillomavirus(HPV)in women with healthy physical examination,in order to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 80 cases of cervical human papillomavirus infection were detected in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017.The retrospective analysis was conducted to investigate the distribution of HPV in different age groups,the HPV positive rate of different types,and types of HPV infection in different age groups.Results From the detection rate of HPV infection in the age group,80 patients were the most common in 25 to 34 years old,followed by 35 to 44 years old,>44 years old,<25 years old,and the detection rate of 25 to 34 years old was significantly higher than<25 years old(P<0.05);From the analysis of the positive rate of HPV infection of different types,48 cases of HR type(mainly HR16,33,52,58 type)and 22 cases of LR type(mainly LR6,11,42 type);The other 10 cases;From the results of HPV infection typing in different age groups,there was no significant difference in the different age groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There are more cases of cervical human papillomavirus infection in healthy women,and the detection rate is higher in the age of 25 to 34 years.The common types are high-risk HPV-16,33,52,58.
