摘要
橡胶衬里是目前海水淡化相关设备中使用最为广泛的保护衬里材料,它具有工艺简单、对设备要求低和价格较低的特点,加上橡胶自身弹性体的特性,适用于各种形状和尺寸的海水淡化设备防腐蚀衬里。简要介绍了防腐橡胶衬里在海水淡化设备中的应用进展,以及橡胶衬里在海水淡化设备中的一些应用实例,着重介绍了一种耐腐蚀性、耐盐水浸蚀和耐老化性良好,无毒性、可用于饮用水设备的海水淡化防腐橡胶衬里。
Rubber lining is the most widely used protective lining material in seawater desalination related equipment. Rubber lining has the advantages of simple process, low equipment requirements, low price, and the characteristics of rubber itself, which is very suitable for corrosion protection of seawater desalination equipment of various shapes and sizes. The application progress of anti-corrosion rubber lining in seawater desalination equipment was briefly introduced, as well as some application examples of rubber lining in seawater desalination equipment. An anti-corrosion rubber lining in seawater desalination with good corrosion resistance, salt water corrosion resistance, wear resistance, anti-aging, non-toxic, which was useful for drinking water equipment, was introduced.
