摘要
针对风电场可能会对周围气象雷达产生严重影响的问题,提出一种风电场对气象雷达影响评估系统的设计与实现方法。利用风电场限制区评估、风轮机可见性评估、雷达波束阴影区评估、详细工程评估4个方面全面评估风电场可能对气象雷达产生的影响。详细工程评估通过计算风电场对气象雷达反射率因子等气象目标参数,估计可能造成的误差,评估风电场造成的影响。影响评估系统包含评估参数输入界面和评估结果显示界面,通过图与表结合的形式给出风电场对气象雷达潜在影响的定性与定量评估结果,对风电场和气象雷达的选址选型提出指导性意见。
Aiming at the problem that wind farms may have a serious impact on surrounding weather radars, the design and implementation of an impact assessment system were given to evaluate the wind farm ’s impact on the weather radar. A comprehensive assessment of possible impacts of the wind farm was made on the weather radar, which was composed of four parts including restricted wind farm area assessment, visible wind turbine assessment, radar beam shadow area assessment and detailed engineering assessment. The detailed engineering assessment evaluated the impact of the wind farm by calculating the potential meteo- rological target parameters error caused by the wind farm, such as reflectivity factor. The impact assessment system consisted of the evaluation parameters input interface and the evaluation result display interface. The qualitative and quantitative assessment of the wind farm ’s potential impact on the weather radar was displayed through graphs and tables, therefore, guiding notion on site and model selection of wind farms and weather radars were presented.
