摘要
目的探讨ICU设置呼吸治疗护士参与患者安全转运的效果。方法选择ICU急危重症患者220例,分为对照组和观察组各110例。对照组采用常规方法转运,观察组在对照组基础上成立转运小组、制订转运流程、实施由呼吸治疗护士参与的患者转运。结果观察组转运过程中,意外事件的发生率显著降低,观察组患者转运后护理人员互评满意度高。结论危重症患者转运是ICU抢救、治疗的重要环节,采用呼吸治疗护士参与患者的转运可以有效降低转运风险,是危重症患者安全转运的重要保证。
Objective To evaluate the effects of respiratory care nurse-involved in safety transfer for intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods A total of 220 ICU patients were divided into the control group(n=110)and the observation group(n=110).The routine safety transfer was used in the control group.The observation group was safety transferred by estabalishing transfer group,transfer process,implementing transfer involving respiratory care nurse.Results The rate of adverse event decreased,while nurse-nurse satifaction increased after transfer in the observation group.Conclusion Safety transfer is critical for ICU patients rescue,respiratory care nurse-involved transfer team can effectively reduce the transfer risk for ICU patients,which is the importment assurement for aitical patients safety transfer.
