摘要
目的促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法运用PDCA循环管理法进行计划、实施、检查和总结,对某院呼吸科抗菌药物的使用进行干预,对干预前后抗菌药物使用强度进行比较。结果经过两轮PDCA干预后,呼吸科抗菌药物使用强度、使用频度和强度影响因子分别由干预前的142. 20 DDD/(100人·天),16 671. 00,4. 91下降到107. 31 DDD/(100人·天),13 542. 00,3. 32,人均抗菌药物费用及占比由干预前的2 694. 15元和22. 34%下降至2 107. 30元和16. 55%,干预前后差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论 PDCA循环用于抗菌药物使用强度的控制成效显著,有助于促进抗菌药物在临床的合理使用。
Objective To promote the rational use of antibiotics.Methods PDCA cycle management method was used to plan,do,check and summarize,and it was used to intervene the use of antibiotics in the Department of Respiratory in a hospital.The antibiotic use intensity before and after the intervention was compared.Results After two rounds of PDCA intervention,the intensity,frequency and density impact factor of antibiotic use in the Department of Respiratory decreased from 142.20 DDD/(100 persons per day),16 671.00,4.91 to 107.31 DDD/(100 persons per day),13 542.00,3.32,respectively.The antibiotics cost per capita and proportion decreased frcm 2 694.15 Yuan and 22.34%to 2 107.30 Yuan and 16.55%,which had significant difference before and after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle is effective in controlling the atibiotic use mtensity,which is helpful to promote the rational use of antibiotics in clinic.
