摘要
海洋平台大型油气处理橇装设备设施是海洋石油平台的核心,大型橇装设备从详细设计到建造安装完成,每个阶段都需要对整橇重量重心进行计算控制。重心的计算控制不仅影响着每台橇块的吊装安全,而且还直接影响着海洋平台组块的整体重量重心控制。目前,橇装设备重心计算方法多采用重心相对位移估算法和重量重心Excel表格公式计算法,论文详细介绍了利用AVEVA PDMS软件及其自定义元件库进行大型橇装设备重心计算的方法,对比传统手工表格公式计算法进行分析,为相关工作提供数据支持和技术保障。
At each stage in the completion of large-scale skid equipment mounted on a offshore oil platform from detailed design to construction and installation,weight of the whole skid should be calculated and controlled,which affects not only the safety of lifting each sled block,but also the control of overall weight center of gravity of the offshore platform block.In this paper,a method for using software AVEVA PDMS and its custom component library is applied to calculate the center of gravity of a large skid mounted equipment,which provides technical support for related work.
