摘要
从西方学者关于代际互惠的研究传统出发,认为得到子女支持和向子女提供支持这两种行为只有在形成互惠的条件下才对老年人的满意度和幸福感有显著的提升作用。通过对2010、2012和2014年三期中国家庭追踪调查数据的深入分析,验证了代际互惠对老年人晚年生活的积极影响;并且,双向互惠的代际交往关系对那些资源相对匮乏的老年人更加重要。这些发现有力地支持了西方学者关于代际交换与交换公平的理论,同时也对我们理解当代中国家庭的代际交往关系及其对老年人福祉的影响有重要的启发意义。
Research on Chinese family relationship shows that support either for or from children can increase the satisfaction of the Chinese senior citizens.However,this paper argues that only reciprocal support can significantly increase their degree of satisfaction after an in-depth analysis of some Chinese families in 2010,2012 and 2014.It also finds that reciprocal support is especially important to those with lower income.The findings strongly supports the theory of inter-generational exchange and exchange equity,and sheds light on the inter-generational relationship and its influence on the Chinese senior citizens.
