基于模糊层次和后果当量法的隧道塌方风险评估 被引量:17

摘要 为了能够给具有较长的建设周期和一定施工风险的山岭铁路隧道施工提供必要的安全保障,减少隧道开挖过程中塌方等事故的发生,根据山岭铁路隧道施工塌方特点,依托成昆铁路邓家湾隧道,采用模糊层次综合分析法确定塌方风险影响因素的判断矩阵、权重及隶属度,引用风险后果当量估计法建立风险事故后果评估模型,2种分析方法相结合,构建出一种可以用于评估事故发生概率的模型。根据铁路相关管理规定和风险评估相关规定,对其危险等级进行具体划分,得出模糊层次综合分析法和后果当量估计法相结合的评估方法与隧道实际开挖情况吻合程度较高,可以作为塌方风险的有效评估模型应用于山岭铁路隧道施工中。 Due to some reasons such as geology and complex environment, the railway tunnels built in the mountain area always have a long construction period and construction risks. Some accidents such as collapses are prone to happening during tunnel construction. Hence, the judgment matrix, weight and membership degree of influencing factors on collapses of Dengjiawan Tunnel on Chengdu-Kunming Railway are determined by comprehensive fuzzy hierarchy analysis method;an accident consequence assessment model is established by risk consequence-equivalent estimation method;and by combining these two methods, a model which can be used to assess the probability of an accident is established. The hazard level of this model is particularly classified according to the relevant railway management regulations and provisions of risk assessment. It is concluded that a new assessment method combined with the comprehensive fuzz analysis method and the consequence-equivalent estimation method is obtained, and the assessment results are in good agreement with the actual tunnel excavation conditions, which can effectively apply to mountain railway tunnels.
