摘要
职业教育对国家创新驱动战略的实施和产业结构的调整至关重要。近年来,常德市经济建设发展迅速,产业结构调整有条不紊推进,专业人才需求不断提升,在创新驱动转型背景下,职业教育发展已成为新的研究课题。文章通过全面分析常德产业结构发展现状以及常德职业教育与产业结构调整面临的问题,提出提升职业教育战略地位、拓展校企合作融合深度、适应产业结构变迁规律的建议。
With the rapid development of China's economy,vocational education is crucial to the implementation of national innovation-driven strategy and the adjustment of industrial structure.The paper states that the vocational education in Changde City has become a research subject with the rapid development of economics in the city in recent years.The author analyzes the development status of industrial structures in Changde and the problems of docking of vocational education to the industrial structure adjustment and proposes some suggestions on how to improve the strategic position of vocational education,deepen school-enterprise cooperation degree and adapt to industrial structure change.
