摘要
幼儿园虐童事件的出现与多重因素有关:一是国家和政府对学前教育的先天扶持不足、监管不严、立法不完善;二是幼儿园职责不清、管理不善,教师本身职业素养不够、自控能力弱;三是社会大众赋予幼教的社会地位不高、参与幼儿教育的多项权利缺失。为此,首先,政府要实施调控,保证学前教育足够的人财物等资源供给,完善幼师准入及幼儿园办园机制,建立应对事件的法律机制,保障公民教育权;其次,幼儿园要完善管理、教师要提升专业素养;最后,家长要树立教育权的维权意识,与大众成立中介组织协调家园关系、建立社会儿童保护机构、关注幼教生存状态。
The occurrence of child abuse cases in kindergartens was related to multiple factors:First,the state and the government lack the inherent support for preschool education,the supervision is not strict,and the legal measures are not perfect;Second,the management of the kindergarten is not good enough and teachers’professionalism is not enough;Third,the social status of kindergarten teachers is not high enough,and the public lack the right to participate in many preschool education.So,Firstly,the government should strengthen its regulation and control,give enough people,wealth and property to preschool education;improve teacher admission and kindergarten management mechanism;establish the legal system of child protection and guarantee the right of citizens’Education.Secondly,the leader of the kindergarten’s management should improve,and the teachers’professionalism should promote.Finally,children’s parents should establish awareness of safeguarding rights,establish intermediary organizations to coordinate home relations and paying attention to the survival state of preschool teachers actively.
