摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理对食管癌根治术患者手术室相关并发症的预防作用。方法:选择我院2016年3月-2018年3月收治的食管癌根治术患者73例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和护理组,对照组采用手术室常规护理模式,护理组在常规护理基础上采用舒适护理模式,对比两组手术室相关并发症发生率、负面情绪及护理满意度。结果:两组手术室相关并发症发生率比较,护理组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理组偏执、恐惧、焦虑、抑郁及精神病性评分明显较对照组低(P<0.05);两组护理满意度比较,护理组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对食管癌根治术患者进行舒适护理能够有效减少或预防手术室相关并发症,并改善其不良情绪,提升患者对护理工作的满意程度,是一种切实可行的护理措施。
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of comfort care on operating room related complications in patients under radical esophageal cancer surgery.Methods:Seventy-three patients with radical esophageal cancer who underwent radical surgery from March 2016 to March 2018 in the Hospital were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into a control group and a care group.The control group received routine care in operating rooms,and the care group received comfort care based on routine care in operating rooms.The incidence of complications,negative emotions and care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the operating room was significantly lower in the care group than in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of paranoid,fear,anxiety,depression and psychoticism in the care group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The care satisfaction in the care group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients under radical esophageal cancer surgery,comfort care is both practical and feasible,which can help reduce or prevent operating room related complications,and improve their negative emotions and their satisfaction with care service.
