摘要
繁殖育苗技术是影响黄花菜产业发展的重要因素之一。目前生产上主要采用分株繁殖的方式,也有部分地区采用芽块繁殖、切片繁殖、花莛扦插、种子繁殖等方法进行黄花菜的繁殖育苗。近年来,黄花菜的组织培养育苗引起了研究者的关注,但还没有在生产上广泛推广。该文综述了各种黄花菜繁殖育苗技术及其优缺点,以期为生产上应用提供参考。
Propagation and seedling technique was one of important factors that influenced the development of daylily farming.Division propagation was currently the main propagation and seedling method in daylily production.Buds reproduction,slicing reproduction,cuttage propagation of flower and seed reproduction were often used to reproduce daylily in some regions.In recent years,the tissue culture seedling raised concern of researcher,but it had not been extended in production.The paper summarized all kinds of daylily propagation and seedling techniques and its strengths and weaknesses,for providing a reference for application in production.
