摘要
目的探索系统性心理干预对实习期护理本科生的干预效果,促进护士职业生涯健康发展。方法从某三甲医院2016年5月至2017年5月期间的护理实习生中整群抽样400名,并给予系统性心理干预,分析实习护士压力源并对比干预前后心理健康状况。结果实习护生总体压力处于中等水平,经干预后在强迫症状、人际关系和焦虑三方面较比干预前有不同程度的改善(P<0. 05);与干预前比较,实习护士经心理干预后希望、乐观、韧性三个维度得分及心理资本总分显著提高(P<0. 01),而自我效能得分有小幅度上升(P>0. 05),干预前及干预后四个维度得分、心理资本总分呈正相关(P<0. 01);护士经过心理干预后组织内竞争力、组织外竞争力、职业满意度三维度得分及职业生涯成功总分有不同程度的提高(P<0. 01),干预前及干预后三维度得分、职业生涯成功总分呈正相关(P<0. 01)。结论科学的心理干预与自我疏导能够显著改善实习护士的心理状态,促进其职业生涯的健康发展。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of systematic psychological intervention on nursing undergraduates during the internship period,and promote the healthy development of nurses career.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017,a total of 400 nursing interns were given a systematic psychological intervention to analyze the pressure source of the nursing interns and compare the psychological health status before and after the intervention.Results The overall stress of nursing students in internship were at a moderate level.After intervention,the three aspects,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationship and anxiety,were improved to varying degrees compare with those before intervention(P<0.05).The scores of three dimensions such as hope,optimism and resilience of intern nurses and the total score of psychological capital were significantly higher after psychological intervention than those before intervention(P<0.01),while the scores of self-efficacy increased slightly(P>0.05).The four-dimensional scores and the total score of psychological capital were positively correlated before and after intervention(P<0.01).After psychological intervention,the three-dimensional scores of nurses'intra-organizational competitiveness,extra-organizational competitiveness,career satisfaction and total score of career success were improved to different extents(P<0.01).The three-dimensional scores and the total score of career success were positively correlated before and after intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion Scientific psychological intervention and self-counseling can significantly improve the psychological state of the intern nurses and promote the healthy development of their careers.
