摘要
目的:运用Box-Behnken响应面法对心痛宁胶囊的水提取工艺进行优化。方法:在单因素试验结果的基础上,评价了丹酚酸B含量,总多糖含量和浸膏得率,选择提取次数、提取时间、浸泡时间和影响水提取过程的加水量作为主要考察因素,采用Box-Behnken响应面法设计试验。通过拟合二次多项式模型分析结果,以获得最佳水提取工艺。结果:优化水提取工艺是加入11倍的水,浸泡130 min,然后回流提取3次,每次60 min。结论:选用Box-Behnken响应面法设立的心痛宁胶囊水提工艺条件稳定可行,为后续工业化生产提供了参考。
Objective:To optimize the water extraction process of Xintongning capsule by Box-Behnken response surface method.Methods:On the basis of single factor test results,salvianolic acid B content,total polysaccharide content and extract yield were evaluated,extraction times,extraction time,soaking time and the amount of water added to the water extraction process were selected as the main factors.Box-Behnken response surface method was used to design the experiment.The optimal water extraction process was obtained by fitting the results of quadratic polynomial model.Results:The optimal water extraction process was as follows:11 times of water,soaking for 130mins,and then reflux extraction for 3 times,60 mins each time.Conclusion:The water extraction process of Xintongning capsule established by Box-Behnken response surface method is stable and feasible,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent industrial production.
