不同硬度小麦品种籽粒吸水率和发芽特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用籽粒发芽法研究了8个不同硬度小麦品种的种子吸水率和发芽进程.结果表明:0~36 h处理时周麦18种子吸水率最高,百农201种子发芽率最大,为70.5%,其次是周麦18,种子发芽率为34%,二者均属于易穗发芽品种;百农207、良星99、郑麦366、百农307、矮抗58种子发芽进度较为一致,种子发芽率显著低于百农201和周麦18,种子发芽进程相对较慢,其抗穗发芽能力较强,百旱207种子发芽进程最慢,抗穗发芽能力最强.处理48 h种子平均发芽率为57.38%,种子平均吸水率为57.52%,发芽率最低的品种为百旱207;处理60 h种子平均发芽率为90.69%,种子平均吸水率为66.33%,百旱207种子发芽率最低.同一水分处理条件下同样硬度的小麦品种其吸水率和发芽特性有的差异显著,有的差异不显著,说明小麦籽粒硬度和籽粒吸水率仅是影响小麦种子发芽特性的一部分因素,种子发芽特性受众多因素的影响. The rate of seeds water absorption and germination characteristics of 8 wheat varieties with different hardness were studied by seed germination method.The results showed that the rate of seeds water absorption of Zhoumai 18 was the highest in 0~36 hours treatment,and the rate of seeds germination of Bainong 201 was 70.5%,followed by Zhoumai 18 was 34%,both of them belonged to easy preharvest sprouting varieties.Bainong 207,Liangxing 99,Zhengmai 366,Bainong 307 and Aikang 58 had the same seed germination progress,the rate of seed germination was significantly lower than Bainong 201 and Zhoumai 18,the seed germination progress was relatively slow,and its ability to resist preharvest sprouting was stronger.Baihan 207 had the slowest seed germination progress and the strongest ability to resist preharvest sprouting.The average rate of seed germination was 57.38%and the average rate of water absorption was 57.52%at 48 hours treatment,the variety with the lowest rate of seeds germination was Baihan 207.The average rate of seeds germination was 90.69%and the average rate of seeds water absorption was 66.33%after 60 hours treatment,only Baihan 207 seeds had the lowest rate of seeds germination.Under the same water treatment conditions,the rate of water absorption and germination characteristics of wheat varieties with the same hardness have significant differences,and some of them have no significant differences,this shows that the hardness and the rate of seeds water absorption of wheat grains are only part of the factors affecting the germination characteristics of wheat seeds,and the germination characteristics of wheat seeds are affected by many factors.
