摘要
根据目前装配式建筑的发展现状,采用PSR模型建立相关指标体系,通过物元评价模型进行评价,对装配式建筑对城市发展的影响进行定量评价,为装配式建筑更好的发展提供理论和实践基础。
According to the current development status of prefabricated construction buildings, PSR model is adopted to establish the relevant index system, and the impact of prefabricated construction buildings on urban development is quantitatively evaluated through matter-element evaluation model, so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for better development of prefabricated construction buildings.
