摘要
该系统使用C#编程语言,基于B/S体系结构和SQL server 2005数据库等实现对贵州省气象系统业务项目、科研项目、横向课题、预备项目、软件著作权、发明专利、科技论文、科技信息公开等电子化管理;针对不同用户给予不同权限,确保数据安全可靠。该系统改变以往的纸质化管理弊端,有助于进一步提高科技信息管理水平和工作效率。
The system uses the C# programming language, based on the B/S architecture and SQL server 2005 database to implement the Electronic management of the meteorological system business projects, scientific research projects, horizontal projects, preparatory projects, software copyrights, invention patents, scientific papers, and scientific, technological information, etc.of Guizhou Province. Different permissions for different users to ensure data security and reliability. The results help improve the level of scientific and technological information management and work efficiency.
