摘要
目的:观察与分析在手术室护理中行人性化整体护理以提高手术室安全性及临床应用效果。方法:选取某院的56例患者,将患者按照入院先后顺序随机分为观察组与对照组各28例,对对照组患者行以常规手术室护理措施,对观察组患者行手术室人性化整体护理措施,比较两组患者的护理满意程度以及临床手术安全性。结果:在本次研究中,观察组患者护士配合技能、仪器的准备以及手术安全性的评分均高于对照组,差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者护理满意程度,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:对手术患者行人性化整体护理临床效果较佳,临床中予以推广及应用。
Objective:To observe and analyze the humanistic holistic nursing in operation room nursing,to improve the safety and clinical effect of operation room.Methods:56 patients in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence of admission:observation group and control group,28 patients in each group.The control group underwent the routine operation room nursing measures,patients in the observation group underwent operation room humanized nursing measures.The nursing satisfaction and clinical surgical safety of the two groups were compared.Results:In this study,the scores of patient and nurse cooperation skills,instrument preparation and surgical safety in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with significant differences and statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared the nursing satisfaction of the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and P<0.05 by statistical analysis,showing statistical significance.Conclusion:The clinical effect of humanized holistic nursing is good for patients undergoing operation,and it can be popularized and applied in clinic.
