摘要
目的:观察分析治疗小儿支原体肺炎采用布地奈德雾化吸入的临床疗效。方法:择取2016年3月~2017年10月期间某院收治的支原体肺炎患儿70例,在随机数字表法下分为对照组和观察组各35例,对照组给予患儿常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组比对照组治疗的总有效率显著更高(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽控制时间、体温恢复时间及肺部炎症吸收时间均比对照组明显更短(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:临床治疗小儿支原体肺炎采用布地奈德雾化吸入能够有效提高疗效,促进患儿恢复效率提高,同时具有较高的安全性,值得推广。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of budesonide atomization inhalation in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:70 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and treated in a hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were selected and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by the random digital table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group were treated with budesonide atomization inhalation on this basis.Then,the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cough control time,body temperature recovery time and lung inflammation absorption time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reactions occurred between the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:The budesonide atomization inhalation in clinical treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia can effectively improve the curative effect,improve the recovery efficiency of children,and it has high safety,thus it is worth promoting.
