胫骨平台骨折患者60例CT三维重建成像分型诊断的价值分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探究胫骨平台骨折患者CT三维重建成像分型诊断的价值分析。方法:回顾性分析2016年3月-2018年3月我院诊治的胫骨平台骨折患者60例,对照组采用X线平片检查,观察组采用螺旋CT合并三维成像技术诊断,比较分析两项检查诊断结果。结果:观察组的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折检出率(75%)、(83.33%)、(80%)明显高于对照组(25%)、(50%)、(40%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并踝间隆突骨折及并腓骨小头骨折检出率(91.67%)、(90.91%)明显高于对照组(75%)、(72.73%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比X线平片检查胫骨平台骨折,螺旋CT合并三维成像技术诊断能够有效提升分型诊断准确率,应用价值更高,值得在临床中推广。 Objective: Patients with tibial plateau fractures. Methods: 60 cases of tibial plateau fracture were analyzed retrospectively from March 2016 to March 2018. The control group was examined by X-ray plain film, and the observation group was diagnosed by spiral CT, then two diagnostic results were compared and analyzed. Results: The detection rate of type I, II and III fractures in the observation group (75%),(83.33%) and (80%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(25%),(50%) and (40%),(P<0.05);The detection rate of intermalleolar eminence fracture and fibular head fracture in observation group (91.67%),(90.91%) was significantly higher than that in control group (75%),(72.73%),(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with X-ray plain film examination of tibial plateau fractures, spiral CT combined with three-dimensional imaging technology can effectively improve the accuracy of classification diagnosis, higher application value, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
