摘要
理解果蔬农户质量安全控制行为形成机理,是确保果蔬供应链源头质量安全、保护果蔬产地生态环境、促进果蔬产业可持续发展的关键。基于计划行为理论,构建果蔬农户质量安全控制行为意愿研究模型,在广州市采集了239个有效样本,运用结构方程技术实证分析了价值认同、社会信念和能力认知对果蔬农户质量安全控制行为的影响。研究表明,果蔬农户质量安全控制行为受到价值认同、社会信念和能力认知的正向影响。其中,能力认知对果蔬农户质量安全控制行为的影响最为显著。提升果蔬农户质量安全控制意识和技能,创造良好社会舆论氛围,加大政府资金和技术扶持,有助于激励果蔬农户实施质量安全控制行为。
Understanding the formation mechanism of quality and safety control behaviors of fruit and vegetable farmers is the key to ensure the quality and safety of the source of fruit and vegetable supply chain,to protect the ecological environment of fruit and vegetable's original producing areas,and to promote the sustainable development of the fruits and vegetables industry.Based on the theory of planed behavior,this study builds a research model of quality and safety control behaviors of fruit and vegetable farmers.Collecting 239 valid respondents from Guangzhou and using structure equation modeling to empirically analyze the effects of value identification、social belief and ability cognition on the quality and safety control behaviors of fruit and vegetable farmers.The empirical results show that the quality and safety control behavior of fruit and vegetable farmers is positively influenced by value identification,social belief and ability cognition.Among which,ability cognition has the most significant impact on the quality and safety control behavior of fruit and vegetable farmers.Improving the awareness and skills of quality and safety control of fruit and vegetable farmers,creating a good atmosphere for public opinion,and increasing government funds and technical support to encourage fruit and vegetable farmers to implement quality and safety control behaviors.
