摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取干柠檬叶和鲜柠檬叶中的精油,研究柠檬叶精油在清除自由基、亚硝酸钠以及抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶活性等方面的性能。结果表明:鲜叶精油对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力较强,鲜柠檬叶精油对羟基的清除率高达90.72%,IC_(50)值为4.27;鲜柠檬叶精油对超氧阴离子自由基的清除率为73.49%,IC_(50)值为5.17;干柠檬叶精油对亚硝酸钠的清除率为89.55%,IC_(50)值为4.19;柠檬叶精油对羟基的清除能力与NO_2^-的清除能力之间存在显著相关关系(P<0.05),且鲜叶精油总还原能力与NO_2^-的清除能力之间存在非常显著的相关关系(P<0.01)。
Essential oil is extracted by steam distillation from dried lemon leaves and fresh lemon leaves.The performance of essential oil from lemon leaves in scavenging free radicals,sodium nitrite and inhibiting xanthine oxidase activity is investigated.The results show that the essential oil from fresh leaves has strong scavenging ability on hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical.The hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of the essential oil from fresh lemon leaves is 90.72%,IC 50 value is 4.27.The superoxide anion radical scavenging rate of the essential oil from fresh lemon leaves is 73.49%,IC 50 value is 5.17.The sodium nitrite scavenging rate of the essential oil from dried lemon leaves oil is 89.55%,IC 50 value is 4.19.The scavenging ability between hydroxyl radical and NO 2-of essential oil from lemon leaves has a significant correlation(P<0.05).Moreover,the ability between the total reduction and NO 2-scavenging of essential oil from fresh lemon leaves has a remarkable significant correlation(P<0.01).
