摘要
毛泽东诗词意象丰富,形式精美,集思想性、文学性于一体,具有极高的文化价值。其叙事具有具象性、写意性、灵动性、故事性、民族性等特点,许渊冲主要采用了保留意象、融合意象、舍弃意象、增加意象、转换意象等方法进行英译,力图揭示原文意象叙事所负载的思想内涵和深邃意境,传达毛泽东的哲理情思与爱国情怀。
Imagery is an important element of Chinese poetry and has a narrative character. Mao Zedong’s poetry is rich in imagery and exquisite in form, combining ideological content and literariness and having a high cultural value. Mao Zedong’s poetry image narrative has the characteristics of being figurative, freehand, agile, story-telling and national. Xu Yuanchong mainly used methods of retaining imagery, integrating imagery, abandoning imagery, adding imagery, and transforming imagery, trying to reveal the ideological connotation and profound artistic conception of the original imagery narrative and convey Mao Zedong’s philosophical and patriotic sentiment.
