摘要
为有针对性的选择路面养护方案,需要比较不同养护方法的实际养护效果,研究养护后路面各项性能指标的长期衰变规律。对浙江省45个实际养护路段的历史性能数据进行了深入的研究分析,采用线性和指数模型比较了不同养护方法实施后路面损坏状况指数PCI、路面行驶质量指数RQI及路面车辙深度指数RDI的衰变速率。研究表明,罩面类养护的长期效果显著高于预防性养护,对平整度的改善尤为明显; SMA-13罩面能有效减缓路面性能衰变速率,AC-13罩面后的短期路面性能指标比AC-16高,但衰变速度较快;微表处在改善车辙及路面平整度方面均不如超薄磨耗层,且微表处容易失效,路面性能指标衰变最快;热再生对路面抗车辙能力的恢复及病害的修补具有显著效果,但无法有效改善路面平整度,并且热再生养护后的路面各项性能指标衰变速度较快。
To select proper pavement maintenance treatments,it is necessary to investigate the actual long-term pavement performance of specific treatments.This paper investigated 48 pavement maintenance sections in Zhejiang Province and analyzed the performance over time relationship.Both linear and exponential models were utilized to fit the performance deterioration curves.Adopted pavement performance indices included pavement condition index (PCI),pavement riding quality index (RQI),rutting depth index (RDI).The analysis results showed that asphalt overlays performed significantly better than preventive treatments,especially for pavement roughness level.SMA-13 had the lower deterioration rate.AC-13 had relatively higher short-term performance level while its deterioration rate is faster than that of AC-16.For the three preventive treatments,micro surfacing has the highest deterioration rate,followed by hot-in-place rehabilitation and ultra-thin friction overlay.In addition,ultra-thin friction overlay has better pavement riding quality than micro-surfacing and hot-in-place rehabilitation.
