摘要
目的:评价PDCA循环法提高医院药事管理质量的效果。方法:选取我院2017年2月至2018年5月收治的460例患者,根据患者的就诊时间,分为观察组(n=230)、对照组(n=230)。观察组采用PDCA循环法管理,对照组采用常规方法管理,使用SPSS23.0版本统计学软件,对比两组的管理效果。结果:观察组的药学差错事件发生率为4.35%,对照组的药学差错事件发生率为15.22%,组间对比,差异性显著,P<0.05。两组在服务满意度和药学管理质量评分方面相比较,统计学意义均存在,P<0.05。结论:实行PDCA循环法管理,对于提高医院药事管理质量、管理效果,均存在积极的影响,存在临床方面应用和推广的价值。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of PDCA circulation method in improving the quality of hospital pharmacy management. Methods: 460 patients admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were divided into observation group ( n =230)and control group ( n =230). The observation group was managed by PDCA cycle method, the control group by conventional method, and the control group by SPSS23.0 version statistical software. The management effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The incidence of pharmaceutical error events was 4.35 in the observation group and 15.22 in the control group. The difference was significant ( P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in service satisfaction and pharmaceutical management quality score ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of PDCA circulation management has positive effects on improving the quality and effect of hospital drug management, and has the value of clinical application and popularization.
