摘要
根据四辊轧机平衡控制系统的工艺要求,对四辊轧机平衡控制系统的蓄能器进行了选型优化,以降低泵源所使用的液压泵数量,更大限度地发挥液压系统的工作能力。实践结果表明,优化后的四辊轧机的能源消耗和维护成本都可以降低。
According to the technological requirements of four-high mill balance control system, in order to reduce the number of hydraulic pumps used in the pump source and give full play to the working ability of the hydraulic system, the design of the accumulator of the balance system is optimized and the purpose of saving energy and reducing the manufacturing cost is met.
