摘要
本文以EXMAR FSRU项目为例,介绍了FSRU燃料气系统设计要点,主要包括:流程图、燃料气组份模拟、燃料气耗量计算、管径选择、燃料气管及通风管水力计算、GVU排风机风量及压头计算、自动化要求、双层管制作工艺等。
This paper introduces the design essentials of fuel gas system for dual fuel engine on EXMAR FSRU,including flow chart,fuel gas composition simulation,fuel gas consumption calculation,pipe diameter selection,hydraulic calculation of fuel gas pipe and ventilation pipe,calculation of air volume and pressure head of GVU exhaust fan,automatic control requirements,double-layer pipe manufacture technology and so on.
