摘要
目的分析优质护理服务模式应用于剖宫产产妇的效果。方法将2017年1月—2018年1月于我院行剖宫产术的100例产妇纳入研究,根据护理模式的不同将其均分为2组,观察组实施优质护理服务,对照组实施常规护理,分析2组护理效果的差异。结果观察组产妇产后泌乳始动时间、肛门首次排气时间均显著早于对照组,且疼痛评分及护理后的SAS、SDS评分较对照组产妇均明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务模式较于常规护理,在促进剖宫产产妇产后恢复,缓解疼痛,改善产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪方面效果更佳,可提高护理服务质量,进而提高产妇护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing service mode in the nursing of cesarean section.Methods this study included 100 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.They were divided into two groups according to the different nursing models.The observation group of 50 cases of puerpera to implement quality care,the control group of puerpera to implement routine care,analysis of two groups of nursing effect difference.Results the postpartum lactation initiation time and the first anal exhaust time of the observation group were significantly earlier than those of the control group,and the pain score,SAS and SDS scores after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group,there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,only 2 patients in the observation group were unsatisfied with the nursing service,the satisfaction reached 96%,significantly higher,there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing service model is better than routine nursing model in promoting postpartum recovery,relieving pain,improving maternal anxiety and depression,can improve the quality of nursing service,and then improve maternal satisfaction with nursing.
