摘要
针对国家防汛抗旱对高层次人才的需求,探讨产教融合高层次人才培养模式。通过建立联合培养基地践行产教融合的核心理念,通过参与国家重大信息化工程提升研究生科研能力和技术水平,通过持续业务化和应急监测为国家防汛抗旱工作提供科学决策依据,并在多次突发涉水事件应急处置中做出重要贡献。实践证明,这种模式对于培养研究生的社会责任意识、提高综合能力、锤炼优秀品格,具有十分重要的意义,有力促进了产教深度融合。
In view of the demand for high-level talents in national flood control and drought relief, this paper discusses high-level talents training mode of industry-education fusion. Through establishing a joint training base, it carries out the core concept of industry-education fusion. The scientific research ability and technical level of the graduate students are promoted by participating in national major informatization projects. Through continuous businessoriented monitoring and emergency monitoring, the scientific decision-making basis is provided for national flood control and drought relief. And it has made important contributions to the emergency response of sudden wading events. The practice has proved that this mode has greatly promoted industry-education fusion and is of great significance for cultivating the postgraduate's sense of social responsibility, improving the comprehensive ability, and refining the excellent character.
