摘要 基于提高汽车电子机械制动系统性能的目的,以"电机+行星齿轮减速器+螺旋变向"制动执行器结构为研究对象,采用刚柔耦合多体动力学理论进行了汽车制动的多柔体运动学和动力学分析,得到了多柔体的运动学和动力学模型;运用ADAMS仿真方法分析了系统的刚柔耦合动力学仿真模型,得到了制动夹紧力和制动距离等仿真结果。研究表明,采用"电机+行程齿轮减速器+螺旋变向"的制动执行器进行电控制动具有较高的可靠性,满足制动法规要求。研究表明,该制动执行器提高了电控制动的可靠性和可行性,具有重要的研究意义。 For the improvement of automobile electronic mechanical brake system performance,based on the brake actuator structure of“motor plus travel gear reducer plus spiral change”,the rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model was established,and the coupled dynamics analysis was conducted.The dynamic simulation model of the system was analyzed by ADAMS simulation and the simulation results of brake clamping force and braking distance were obtained.Studies showed that the brake actuator improved the feasibility and reliability of electric brake,and indicates important research significance.
