通过采取多种安全管理手段,有效管控外委单位,使其开工后迅速进入角色,达到露天煤矿安全管理要求,有效管控现场安全风险,从而实现露天煤矿与外委单位的安全生产。
By adopting various safety management methods,the external control units can be effectively controlled,which can quickly enter the role after commencement of work,achieve the safety management requirements for open-pit coal mine,effectively manage and control on-site safety risks,and thus realize the safe production of open-pit coal mines and external units.
