摘要 为研究沥青路面铣刨重铺工程开放交通前新铺沥青混凝土的降温规律,依托江苏省高速公路沥青路面养护维修工程,在沥青混凝土中预埋温度传感器,通过无纸化温度记录仪自动记录各传感器的温度数据,并对所测数据进行分析,研究表明:不同气温条件下,新铺沥青混凝土的表面温度与内部温度存在明显差异。气温接近40℃时,新铺沥青混凝土表面温度与内部温度区别较小,当气温降低时,两者区别变大,气温越低,两者温差越大;连续施工的多层铣刨重铺沥青混凝土,上层结构摊铺后对下层结构有加热作用,上层温度与空气直接接触,降温速率更快,而下层结构在较长时间段内保持着高温状态; 24 h内,新铺沥青混凝土内部温度变化幅度明显小于环境温度,且温度变化时间相对环境温度略有滞后;规范将路表温度降至50℃作为新铺沥青混凝土开放交通的统一标准并不可靠,需要依据施工气候条件及养护方案提出更加合理的开放交通时机。 To study the cooling law of new paved asphalt concrete before opening traffic,relying on the expressway maintenance project of asphalt pavement of Jiangsu province,the embedded temperature sensor is used in asphalt concrete,and the temperature data of each sensor are automatically recorded by paperless temperature recorder,and the measured data are analyzed. The results show that there are obvious differences between the surface temperature and the internal temperature of the asphalt concrete under different air temperature conditions. The difference between the surface temperature and the internal temperature of the asphalt concrete is small when the air temperature is 40 ℃. When the air temperature decreases,the difference between them becomes larger. The lower the air temperature,the greater the two temperature difference. Continuous construction of multi-layer milling and repaving asphalt concrete,superstructure paving on the underlying structure has heating effect,the temperature of the upper layer directly contacts with the air,the cooling rate is faster,and the underlying structure maintain a high temperature state in a longer period . Within 24 hours,the temperature change of asphalt concrete is obviously less than the ambient temperature,and the time of temperature change lags slightly behind the ambient temperature. It is unreliable to regard 50 ℃of the surface temperature as the unified standard of open traffic for new paved asphalt concrete. It is necessary to put forward a more reasonable open traffic time according to the construction climate condition and maintenance scheme.
