摘要 目的探讨正念减压疗法在提高精神科护士幸福感中的应用。方法随机选取护士45名,行团体正念减压疗法干预8周,于干预前后采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)和知觉压力量表(PSS)进行调查。结果培训后,护士知觉压力及失控感评分显著低于培训前,总体幸福感量表中对生活的满足和兴趣、忧郁或愉快的心境及对情感和行为的控制因子评分显著高于培训前(均P <0.05)。结论正念减压疗法可提高精神科护士的幸福感,降低工作中的压力。 Objective To explore the application of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) to improve the well-being among psychiatric nurses. Methods 45 nurses were randomly chosen and then MBSR was used as an intervention for 8 weeks. The general well-being schedule (GWB) and perceived stress scale (PSS) were used to investigate the nurses before and after intervention. Results After training, the scores of perceived stress and incontrollable sense of nurses were significantly lower than those before training, and the scores of satisfaction and interest in life, melancholy or happy mood and control of emotions and behavior in GWB were significantly higher than those before training (P <0.05). Conclusions MBSR can improve the well-being of psychiatric nurses, and reduce the work-related stress.
