摘要
广西成为"金三角"毒品过境的重要通道,毒情发展复杂,毒品走私武装对抗升级,走私群体"内外勾结",毒品流通具有双向性等特征。由于广西边境突出的区位优势、落后的价值观和新开的贩运线路使得毒情泛滥,应广开基层情报来源,建立公开查缉的长效合作机制,强化边境"三非"与务工人员管理,加强与越南跨境禁毒执法合作,提升毒品预防工作的社会参与度,共同维护边境安全。
Guangxi has become a key channel for drug transit across borders from"the Golden Triangle".Complicated drug conditions,escalation of drug trafficking-based armed confrontations,internal and external collusion between the smuggling groups make drug circulation typical of bidirection.Guangxi's outstanding location advantages,out-of-date values,and newly-opened trafficking routes make drug conditions widely flooded.Therefore,efforts should be made to open up more information sources at the grass-roots level,establish a long-term cooperation mechanism for open investigation,strengthen management of the border areas and migrant workers,and cooperation with Vietnam in cross-border drug law enforcement,increase social participation in drug prevention and jointly safeguard security in the border areas.
