摘要
目的:探讨1.5T磁共振在诊断膝关节隐匿性骨折中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析67例膝关节外伤患者的临床资料及影像资料,患者均有明确膝部外伤病史,常规行X线检查,并于1周内进行MRI检查。结果:67例患者中,MRI检查均为阳性,X线检查均为阴性结果。MRI检查结果显示膝关节组成骨的骨髓腔、骨皮质及关节软骨内均可出现片状及网格状异常信号影。67例中表现为Ⅰ型40例,Ⅱ型15例,Ⅲ型12例。结论:MRI对诊断膝关节隐匿性骨折具有很高的价值,对于膝关节外伤的患者,在X线检查为阴性的情况下不能武断的认为膝关节骨质正常,要结合患者临床情况,必要时进行MRI检查来确诊有无隐匿性骨折。
Objective:To discuss the application value of 1.5 nuclear magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosing occult fracture of knee-joint.Method:Retrospective analysis of clinical and imaging data of 67 patients with knee trauma;patients all had a clear history of knee trauma and were performed routine X-ray examination and MRI examination within 1 week.Results:Among the 67 cases,all the MRI results were positive,and all X-rays were negative.The results of MRI examination showed that there were abnormal signals of patchy and grid-like signals in the marrow cavity,cortical bone and arthrodial cartilage of the knee-joint.TypeⅠ(40 cases),typeⅡ(15 cases),and typeⅢ(12 cases)had been observed.Conclusion:MRI is proved very valuable for diagnosing occult fractures of the knee-joint.For patients who have knee trauma,if the X-ray examination is negative,the sclerotin of the knee-joint cannot be arbitrarily considered normal.If necessary,MRI examination should be intended to confirm the presence of occult fractures on the basis of the actual condition of the patient.
