摘要 我国已初步建立仪器开放共享管理制度,但是在实践中仍存在仪器设备利用率不高等问题。协同创新是国家科技创新的新形态,协同单位仪器共享是协同创新的载体,协同创新仪器共享平台运行提高了仪器设备的利用率。结合当前仪器共享发展情况,设计了平台架构,实现了包括仪器预约、仪器使用、管理统计等在内的协同创新仪器共享平台。 China has initially established an open and shared management system for instruments, but there are still some problems in practice, such as the low utilization rate of instruments and equipment. Collaborative innovation is a new form of national scientific and technological innovation, and collaborative unit instrument sharing is the carrier of collaborative innovation. The operation of collaborative innovation instrument sharing platform improves the utilization ratio of instrument and equipment. Based on the current development of instrument sharing, the platform architecture is designed, and the collaborative innovation instrument sharing platform including instrument reservation, instrument use, management statistics, etc., is established.
