摘要
通过对加热炉中钢坯氧化烧损影响因素的分析,提出了高级控制系统APC的设计方案,并研究了其在加热炉自动燃烧中的应用。经现场调试并投入生产使用后,高级过程控制技术不仅实现了加热炉的自动燃烧控制,而且使加热炉具备最佳的燃烧条件,从而使钢坯的氧化烧损率降低了17%,相应的燃气消耗也大大降低,年增效约320万元,具有较高的经济价值及推广价值。
By analyzing the influencing factors of slab oxidation burning in reheating furnace,the design scheme of APC for advanced control system is put forward,and its application in automatic combustion of reheating furnace is studied.After site debugging and actual operation,advanced process control technology not only realizes the automatic combustion control of heating furnace,but also enable the heating furnace with the best combustion conditions,thus reducing the oxidation burning loss rate of billet by 17%,greatly reducing the corresponding gas consumption,increasing the annual increase about 3.2 million yuan,which has high economic value and popularization value.
