摘要 阐述新型小型立体车库中采用的液压水平托举平移机构的设计思想,介绍运用平行四边形连杆工作原理的托举机构运动过程,对该托举机构的自由度进行分析和计算,运用解析法和图解法分析平行四边形托举机构的运动轨迹,并对托举机构的受力情况进行分析,给出机构的设计研究方案。 The design idea of the hydraulic horizontal lifting translation mechanism used in the new type of small stereo garage was expounded. The movement process of the lifting mechanism based on the working principle of parallelogram connecting rod was introduced. The degree of freedom of the lifting mechanism was analyzed and calculated. The movement track of the parallel quadrilateral lifting mechanism was analyzed by analytic method and graphic method, and the force of the lifting mechanism was analyzed. The scheme of mechanism design and research was given.
