摘要
充分利用分布式电源与负荷的时序相关性,优化二者在配电台区内的协同接入布局,具有一定工程应用价值。首先通过概率建模和模糊C均值聚类建立"源-荷"时序特征;进而基于最大似然估计法和分类回归树,分别获取接入台区的分布式电源和用户的功率时序特征;随后提出配电台区"源-荷"优化组合接入模型,以台区馈线最大供电能力为目标,以接入台区的"源-荷"组合为决策变量,给出最优供电接入方案;最后通过典型算例验证,表明所提方法可通过源-荷协同显著提升配电台区的供电能力。
It is of certain applicable engineering value to optimize the coordinated access of distributed generations ( DGs ) and loads in the distribution area by making full use of the correlation between sequential features of DGs and loads. In this paper , the sequential features of source-load are established by probabilistic modeling and fuzzy C-means clustering at first. Then , the power sequential features of DGs and users in the accessed distribution area are obtained based on maximum likelihood estimation method and classification and regression trees , respectively. Afterwards , an access model of the optimal combination of source-load in the distribution area is proposed with the maximum power supply capability of feeders therein as the objective and the combination of source-load in the accessed distribution area as decision variables , and the optimal power supply and access scheme is given. Finally , the result of a typical example verifies that the proposed method can obviously improve the power supply capability of the distribution area through the coordination of source-load.
