汽轮机摩擦振动故障的分析与诊断

摘要 某厂尿素车间氨压缩机组汽轮机出现了振动波动问题,结合SG8000在线监测系统的相关图谱,诊断技术人员深入探究可能导致汽轮机组异常振动的原因,给出处置建议并成功消除了故障。针对汽轮机的摩擦故障,总结出该类故障的图谱特征,剖析汽轮机摩擦的根本原因,为今后诊断分析汽轮机的摩擦故障提供理论和案例支撑。 Vibration fluctuation of steam turbine of ammonia compressor unit in a urea plant occurred.Combined with the related Atlas of SG8000 on-line monitoring system,diagnostic technicians probed into the causes of abnormal vibration of steam turbine unit,gave disposal suggestions and successfully eliminated the fault.In view of the friction faults of steam turbines,the atlas characteristics of these faults are summarized,and the fundamental causes of the friction of steam turbines are analyzed,which provides theoretical and case support for the diagnosis and analysis of the friction faults of steam turbines in the future.
