摘要 避雷器故障机理复杂,仅凭互相孤立的参考物理量难以有效评估其潜在隐患,为此提出一种基于避雷器多源异构数据的运行状态评估模型。首先从避雷器在线监测、停电检修、带电测试、现场巡检组成的信息库中选取能反映不同故障类型的多源异构数据,作为典型指标量;在使用组合权重法确定指标权重的基础上,采用云理论实现数据提取与隶属度判定,客观描述指标量的模糊性和随机性;并利用改进证据理论降低证据间冲突,融合不确定信息,对运行风险这一模糊的定性指标进行定量描述。对某避雷器的分析实例验证了该模型的有效性,可为避雷器的实际状态检修提供参考。 It is hard to effectively assess hidden dangers just by isolated referential physical quantities due to complex fault mechanism of the arrestor. Therefore, this paper proposes an assessment model for operation state of the arrestor based on multi-source heterogeneous data. It firstly selects multi-source heterogeneous data reflecting different fault types in the database composed of information of online monitoring, power-off overhaul, live testing and on-site inspection as the typical indexes. And then, on the basis of using the combined weight method to determine index weights, it uses the cloud theory to achieve data extraction and make judgement of membership degree and objectively describe ambiguity and randomness of indexes. Meanwhile, by making use of the improved evidence theory, it can reduce conflict between evidences and fused uncertain information so as to quantitatively describe the fuzzy qualitative index of operational risk. Analysis case of one arrestor has verified effectiveness of this model, which means providing reference for actual condition maintenance of arrestors.
