摘要
为了对智能配电网运行状态进行综合评估,提出了基于改进接近理想解法(modified technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,MTOPSIS)和灰色关联度分析(grey relational analysis,GRA)的评估方法。首先构建一套涵盖智能配电网核心价值和运行需求的评估指标体系,利用层次分析法和熵权法分别计算指标的主客观权重,并运用最优化方法计算得到综合权重,从而避免线性法计算综合权重时的主客观权重重要性因子的主观因素,保证综合权重的科学合理性;然后设计融合MTOPSIS和GRA的评估模型,综合考虑指标数据的静态距离和数据曲线动态趋势,弥补因指标数据相关性而导致欧式距离失效的问题,利用该模型计算出配电网运行状态的综合评估结果。最后以电能质量指标为算例分析验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
To comprehensively evaluation operation state of the intelligent distribution network, this paper presents an evaluation method based on modified technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (MTOPSIS) and grey relational analysis (GRA). It firstly constructs a set of evaluation index system containing the core value and operating requirements of the intelligent distribution network, then respectively uses the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method to calculate subjective and objective weights of the indicators. Meanwhile, it uses the optimal method to work out the comprehensive weight so as to avoid subjective factors by using the linear method and ensure scientific rationality of the comprehensive weight. It designs the evaluation model combining MTOPSIS and GRA, and comprehensively considers static distance of index data and dynamic trend of data curves so as to solve the problems of failure of the Euclidean distance caused by index data correlation. By using this model, it works out comprehensive evaluation results of operation state of the intelligent distribution network. Example analysis has verified feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
