摘要
本文提出了一种利用图像处理读取血沉结果的方法,并基于此方法设计了一种新型的血沉分析仪。本设计采用图像处理法代替繁琐的魏氏人工法,将样品放入仪器后,摄像头在步进电机的带动下转向样品进行拍照,测量时间结束时,通过步进电机的控制摄像头与样品相对位置保持固定,对样品再次进行拍照存储,然后通过类似DSA的数字剪影法对所摄录的初始及最后的图像进行处理,得到血沉结果并显示。相比于现有的红外线障碍法,本设计的方法更加灵活,可拓展性高。
This paper proposed a method for reading the results of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) by image processing, and a new ESR analyzer was designed based on this method. This design used the image processing method instead of the cumbersome Westergren manual work. When the sample was placed into the machine, the camera was drived to the sample by stepping motor and took a picture of the sample. At the end of the measurement, the camera was fixed relative to the sample under the control of stepping motor, and took a picture of the sample again. Then, the initial and final images were processed by digital silhouette method, and the ESR result was obtained and displayed. Compared with the existing infrared obstacle method, this design method is more flexible and can be extended.
