摘要
在不同应变率(500~800s^-1)条件下,对三维四向和五向编织复合材料进行面外动态压缩试验,获得其压缩力学性能。通过高速摄影仪记录了三维编织复合材料的动态冲击损伤过程。对试样进行光学显微镜观察,获得不同加载应变率下截面形态,分析编织结构和加载条件对截面裂纹分布以及扩展的影响。结果表明:三维五向编织复合材料对应变率更敏感;应变率对不同结构三维编织复合材料的裂纹分布的影响具有一定的相似性;编织结构对截面裂纹分布具有显著影响。
Dynamic compressive tests of three-dimensional (3-D) four/five directional braided composites were conducted under different strain rate (500-800 s^-1 ).Thus compressive mechanical properties were obtained. The dynamic impulsive damage process of 3-D braided composites was recorded by a high speed camera. The tested specimens were examined by optical microscope to get the cross-sectional picture. The influence of 3-D braiding structure and loading conditions on the distribution and growth of crosssectional crack were analyzed. The results show that 3-D five directional braided composites are more sensitive to strain rate. Similar influences of strain rate on the distribution of crack in composites with different braiding structures have also been found. 3-D braiding structure has significant effects on distribution of cross-sectional cracks.
